Shipping & Logistics
Kalol sits roughly 300 km from Mundra Port and 260 km from Kandla Port, India's two largest west-coast container gateways. That proximity keeps inland haulage short, reduces the risk of moisture pickup in transit, and lets us load containers within days of a batch clearing final QC. All export cargo is palletised or block-stowed with liner bags where the destination climate warrants it, and fumigation is carried out by a government-approved agency ahead of stuffing. Buyers importing into markets with strict phytosanitary regimes — Australia, Japan and New Zealand in particular — receive the fumigation and phytosanitary certificates as part of the pre-shipment document pack, emailed for approval before the original documents are couriered or released through the bank.

What is the minimum order quantity for export?
Our standard MOQ for export orders is 1 metric ton (MT) for sample/trial orders. For regular supply contracts, we typically ship in 20ft FCL (~18 MT) or 40ft FCL (~24 MT) containers.
Which ports do you ship from?
We ship FOB from Mundra Port and Kandla Port in Gujarat, India. Both ports offer excellent connectivity to major shipping lines. CIF delivery to any destination port worldwide is also available.
What export documentation do you provide?
Every shipment includes: Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS/SDS), Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, and customs documentation as required by the destination country.
Do you have a warehouse in the USA?
We work with warehouse partners in Houston, Texas for faster delivery to US oil & gas customers. For food-grade orders, we ship directly from Mundra/Kandla with typical transit time of 25-30 days to US East Coast.
Can you supply ETO-free guar gum for EU import?
Yes. All HICOL guar gum is ETO-free (steam/heat sterilized only). We test every batch to the EU LOQ of 0.1 mg/kg for ethylene oxide, fully compliant with EU Regulation 2026/196.
