Yes. All HICOL food-grade Guar Gum powder is produced without ethylene oxide (ETO) treatment. This complies with EU Regulation 2026/196 which tightened ETO residue limits for guar gum exported to the European Union. A non-ETO declaration is provided with every shipment.
